2023 MARCH BOARD OF REVIEW
Write-in (letter protests) are welcomed. Petition forms are available online www.michigan.gov/statetaxcommission and on the Cottrellville Website. Letter protests are accepted. The protest must arrive at the Township Hall no later than 9:00 PM, March 14, 2023 for your protest to be before the Board of Review. Protests can also be emailed to the Township: firstname.lastname@example.org.

The March Board of Review will meet at the Cottrellville Township Hall, 7008 Marsh Road, Cottrellville, MI on March 14 and 15, 2023. The Board will meet to organize and review the Assessment Roll on March 7 2023 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, and will hear protest from aggrieved property owners on:
Monday March 13, 2023 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Tuesday March 14, 2023 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
6:00 PM to 9:00 PM

OUTDOOR WARNING SIRENS
The newly installed Warning Sirens (located by the Township Hall and on Roberts Road between Marsh and M29) are scheduled to be tested February 6, 2023 at 1:00pm.

The Deputy Treasurer is excited to announce a new, easy and convenient way to pay your taxes without added fees!
Keep your eye out as a form will be included with this years’ tax bill set to arrive December 1st to sign up to make your tax payment by ACH/electronic check (or click the link below to download the form).
This is a form for a one time authorization for making your tax payment and you can choose the month for the withdrawal to take place and also mid-month or end month time frame. The form can be mailed, emailed, faxed or information can be taken over the phone if necessary.
This service is highly recommended and free and aimed to help keep everyone safe during this global pandemic!
