The Cottrellville Township offices will be closed
Monday, October 11, 2021 in honor of Columbus Day.
We will reopen Tuesday, October 12, 2021 for our normal hours 9:00am-noon.
The Cottrellville Township Board is holding a “De-Briefing” by the township auditors, UHY Certified Accounting to review the Financial Statement of Cottrellville for the Fiscal Year Ending March 31st, 2021.
The meeting shall begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Township Hall, 7008 Marsh Road and this is being held just prior to our Regularly Scheduled Township Board Meeting for October 13th, 2021 which starts at 7:30 p.m.

Chartier Road over Marine City Dredge Cut in Cottrellville Township will be closed starting September 27 for approximately 3 weeks.
Work includes removing and replacing the existing bridge. The closure period will be weather dependent.
Chartier Road will be closed ¼ mile east of Marsh Road for approximately 500’. The posted detour for the project will be Marsh Road, Plank Road, and King Road.
Traffic will not be permitted across the Marine City Dredge Cut during the closure. Local residents are encouraged to plan for delays due to construction. We request your cooperation and patience.
This project is financed by the St. Clair County Road Commission at a total estimated cost for construction of $250,000. The work will be performed be St. Clair County Road Commission Crews.

is canceled due to lack of Agenda.

WATER/SEWER BILLING INFORMATION
At the Cottrellville Board Meeting on May 12, 2021, Resolution R-2021-06 was unanimously adopted allowing Cottrellville Township to send delinquent water/sewer invoices to the County for roll-over to Summer Property Taxes beginning with the July 1, 2021 Summer taxes. This is in addition to the current delinquent water/sewer bill roll onto the Winter taxes. For 2021 Winter taxes, any water/sewer bills that are delinquent as of Npvember 10, 2021 will be rolled to the County along with any additional fees/penalties.

ANNOUNCING A NEW WAY TO PAY YOUR TAXES!
The Deputy Treasurer is excited to announce a new, easy and convenient way to pay your taxes without added fees!
Keep your eye out as a form will be included with this years’ tax bill set to arrive December 1st to sign up to make your tax payment by ACH/electronic check (or click the link below to download the form).
This is a form for a one time authorization for making your tax payment and you can choose the month for the withdrawal to take place and also mid-month or end month time frame. The form can be mailed, emailed, faxed or information can be taken over the phone if necessary.
This service is highly recommended and free and aimed to help keep everyone safe during this global pandemic!
